Please attend the 2026 SWITCH Annual General Meeting to close out the 2025 fiscal year and discuss potential changes to the structure of SWITCH. It will be held online and begins at 8:00am Friday, May 1, 2026.
Purpose of the AGM
This AGM provides SWITCH members with the opportunity to:

- Vote on proposed by-law changes
- Hear reports from the SWITCH Executive
- Review the 2025 financial statements
- Participate in discussions about potential organizational restructuring
Election of Board of Directors
The Board consists of eight members, with 2–4 directors from each category (Education/Research, Government/Utility, Private Business/Resident) and at least one Student representative.
