Understanding Diversity, Equity & Inclusion as a Small Business Owner
March 1, 2023 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
FreeWe are living in times where the world around us is constantly changing. How do we make sure that we keep up with the changes as small business owners and startup entrepreneurs? How do we know when we are treating our employees or customers right? How do we know that our bases are kicking in?
Being Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) aware as a business in today’s work environment is no longer an added value to an organization’s success but the backbone of any organization’s vision to excel.
What should you expect?
This 2-hour workshop will tackle some barriers to DEI and its impact on businesses. By the end of this workshop, you will have a set of strategies to turn your business into an organization that finds strengths through diversity.
