What to Hand Over, What to Keep

October 21 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Free
Identify what work should stay in your hands and what can be turned into repeatable processes to save time and work more efficiently.

Some of the work in your week should never leave your hands. The judgment calls, the difficult customer, the quote that depends on knowing the job. That stays yours.

But some tasks follow the same steps every time, and you’re still doing them by hand. Those are the tasks worth looking at.

In this practical, hands-on session, you’ll identify where your time is going, separate the work that requires your judgment from the work that can be made repeatable, and build one process you can use right away.

You’ll learn:

  • How to identify tasks that are good candidates for a repeatable process
  • How to distinguish work that should stay with you from work that can be systematized
  • How to break a recurring task into clear, repeatable steps
  • How to build in a checking step so you can review the work before it goes anywhere

You’ll also build:

One working process for a task you’re currently doing by hand. You’ll build it during the session, with the checking step included, so you leave with something practical you can put to use.

Examples might include follow-ups, intake, scheduling, or weekly numbers.

How the session works:

  • ~25 minutes of practical teaching
  • ~25 minutes of hands-on building
  • ~10 minutes for questions
  • Bring a laptop and one real task from your business that takes up time each week
  • No prior AI or automation experience required
  • Free tools will be used, with paid options discussed

You’ll leave with one working, repeatable process and a clearer understanding of what work should stay in your hands—and what doesn’t need to.
