About Shai Dubey:
Shai Dubey is a faculty member at Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, specializing in business law, negotiations, and governance. A former Chair of the Board of Kingston Economic Development Corporation, he brings practical experience in strengthening board leadership and accountability. Shai works closely with non-profits and business leaders to build effective governance structures that support long-term organizational success.
